Library blocks the target major
No published version of a third-party Angular library declares support for the target major.
What it means
Diopter reads the library's Angular peer range from node_modules, then asks the npm registry for the first release that supports the target. When nothing published supports it yet, the upgrade waits on the library.
How to fix it
Check the library's issue tracker for an upcoming release, look for a maintained alternative in the Library Health Check explorer, or open an issue upstream. Forking or patching the peer range is a last resort.
